  • Create sustainable and lasting legacies for local communities and humanity in general;
  • Operate to the highest international social, environmental and safety standards and;
  • Maintain high standards of corporate governance.

 

We recognize ISO 26000 as a reference document that provides guidance for integration/implementation of social responsibility as well as other National and International guidelines including: UN Sustainable Development Goals – SDG’s ; United Nations Global Compact (UNGC); The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for MNEs; The Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI); IFC Performance Standards and ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning (MNE Declaration).
